The META Group was established in 2006 to combine our Companies under one operating name. META was chosen as the name and is short for Metamorphosis [met-uh-mawr-fuh-sis] - any complete change in appearance, character, circumstances, etc.

In 1994, the owners, Martinus and Sharon Rose, decided to leave the safety net of full time employment and enter into the world of private business, thus the transformation and subsequent choice of the name.

The META Group consists of the following companies, Royalty Hardwoods, Green Isle Property Management, Marwood Properties, Brudenell Chalets and PEI Beach Houses. All of the Companies are integrated and we try and achieve best end use and highest value for our assets. A typical scenario might go as follows:

Marwood Properties has mature hardwoods on one of its managed forestry properties. Green Isle Property Managements' harvesting crews, cut the trees and they are brought into Royalty Hardwoods Ltd. for processing. The logs are transformed into green lumber at Royalty’s sawmill, dried in one of our kilns, and turned into flooring and mouldings.

A client is staying at one of our rentals at Brudenell Chalets or PEI Beach Houses and is so enthralled with PEI that they decide to purchase a waterfront property from Marwood Properties and use the services of Green Isle to build their summer home.

The high end building products produced by Royalty Hardwoods, that could of once grew on the same property, now adorn the New House of the new resident to our fair island and we have helped make your dream come true!

		Green Isle Property Management Inc. is focusing its energy into project management, mostly the construction of new, high end summer homes for landowners on PEI. We manage projects from the design stage to the finish landscaping and will assure the home construction is the best quality, at the lowest price, with the least amount of effort for our clients.


		Marwood Properties Inc. has the largest inventory of privately held waterfront land for sale in Prince Edward Island. Properties are predominantly located in Eastern PEI . Whether you are looking for ocean front or river front land on which to build your dream home, a summer residence, retirement home or other recreational property, Marwood can fill your requirements.


		Brudenell Chalets consists of 14 fully equipped, four star rated cottages on a large tract of land across the road from Brudenell and Dundarave Golf courses. There is a large heated pool on the premises and in 2006, we purchased the property behind the chalets on the Cardigan River and now offer private beach access. They are ideal for golfers and families alike and are well suited for weddings or reunions.


		PEI Beach Houses As island tourists inquired about accommodations on waterfront properties, we founded PEI Beach Houses in 2005. The purpose of this company is to offer high end properties on very unique waterfront locations.
